Montgomery St. Residences - Savannah, GA (retain-it Infiltration System)

Eastern Excavating recently installed a 68 unit stacked retain-it modular stormwater system for the Montgomery Street Residences Project in Savannah, GA. The stacked infiltration system stores 15,885 CF, had notched weir/baffle outlet control, access manholes, and was approved by the City of Savannah. System was set in two days while dodging Tropical Storm Elsa.

Moxy by Marriott – Charleston, SC (retain-it Detention System)

Construction Professionals Inc. recently installed a 14 unit retain-it modular stormwater system for the Moxy by Marriott Project in Charleston, SC. The detention system holds 2,503 CF, had orifice outlet control, access manholes, and was approved by the City of Charleston. Excavators were used to set the retain-it units, (heaviest pick only 11,000 +/- lbs.)
