Brent Gesling—Sales Manager for South Carolina and Georgia
Brent has been with CP&P since 2013 has worked in various roles since his time with the company. For the last few years, Brent has covered the Eastern SC market as a Sales Representative and has built trusting relationships with our customers. Brent is from Summerville, SC and enjoys spending time with his family, boating, hunting and traveling.

Ricky Henson – Plant Manager at the Chesapeake Pipe Plant
Ricky was hired in February 2021 as production manager and has spent his time on the floor learning pipe production on Hawkeye and Besser equipment. HIs background is in production management in the aerospace industry with Howmet – Hampton, VA. He also served 6 years in the Navy with 5 of those years on the USS Cole. Ricky will be responsible for all Chesapeake departments including production, maintenance, shipping, and front office operations.

Sean Haubert – Production Manager at the Chesapeake Pipe Plant
Sean was hired in November 2016 as mixer operator for the Jessup Pipe Plant and has also worked as production supervisor and yard supervisor at that location. His background is in concrete protection and restoration where he worked for 8 years. Sean will be responsible for all Chesapeake production, including both the Hawkeye and Besser machines.

Benjamin (Brent) Alvis – Outside Sales Representative for the Central Virginia/Richmond area
Brent has been with CP&P for over 5 years as a Project Coordinator serving the Northern and Central Virginia markets. His role switched in 2020 to primarily serve Central Virginia market and assist David Allen. He is looking forward to maintaining the relationships developed over the last few years and is very excited to start his new career with the company. In his free time, he enjoys hunting, fishing and working in his garden.

Chris Craig – Project Coordinator for the Richmond/Central Virginia area
Chris comes to CP&P with over 12 years experience in the IT/Project Management field. Throughout his career, Chris has always enjoyed helping customers succeed and will go the extra mile to ensure it happens. In his spare time, he enjoys music, exploring and gaming. He is always willing to discuss hot topics such as “the best brewery in Richmond” or “the best game of 2022”.
