CP&P’s “Employee and New Hire Referral Incentive” program provides cash earnings for both the ‘recruiting’ employee as well as the ‘newly hired’ employee!
The program requires that both employees meet attendance (max points allowed), safety (zero safety incidents/ injuries) and write- up (zero disciplinary actions) criteria in order to qualify at each of three stages- 30 days, 90 days and 180 days!
By the end of the 6 months, both of the employees can earn up to $650 each!
