Concrete Pipe & Precast (CP&P) announces the Acquisition of Dellinger Precast, Winchester Precast, and Precast Supply Company

The Eagle owners and Board of Directors are pleased to announce the acquisition of Dellinger Precast, Winchester Precast, and Precast Supply Company from the Evercast group of companies. The three new plants will expand CP&P’s footprint to include 16 plants in the mid-Atlantic and Southeast and will add over 100 new members to the CP&P team.
