Rep. John Joyce, M.D. (PA-13) and Mayor Ben Thomas (Greencastle, PA) joined the Greencastle Precast Team for a plant tour this week. We had a great discussion about our buried infrastructure and the important role that it plays in making modern civilization possible. Special “Thank You” to Nancy C.
